finally coat weather

Finnnaally a little cooler weather in LA. I seriously thought the heat wave would last forever and I’m a little relieved it feels like fall. I now can pull out the coats I’ve been gathering online and from thrift stores all heat wave long.

I have a minor (ok major) obsession with buying coats year-round, mainly because they are discounted in the off-season and/or I tend to find more at thrift stores because… who is looking for coats in the heat? Me apparently.

Fall is my absolute favorite season to style. There’s so many possibilities with layering for the cold and I especially can’t get enough of long, oversized coats with just the right amount of structure.
