eye on: zara + h&m
I can definitely browse a mall or a vintage store and find pieces I want randomly, but sometimes I hold out for items I’ve spotted and can’t get out of my head. Here’s a few from H&M and Zara I’m majorly swooning over for spring:
1. Long Embroidered Dress.
Can I just say how I obsessed I am with the Trafaluc collection at Zara? Always amazing. Anyways, this dress length is perfect over jeans (as pictured) or to wear completely unbuttoned as a lightweight layer over trousers.
2. Twill Tunic.
H&M has been totally killing it lately with their fringed details. This top is no exception, besides the fact it’s brand new and already sold out. Guess I will have to wait until they restock, especially because I haven’t had any luck finding a tasseled top as cool as this. It also comes in a denim color which is also amazing and equally sold out at the moment.
3. Metallic Top.
Metallic envy with this boxy crop. Enough said.
4. Leather Sandal.
Hi you look like the ChloĆ© slides but for $79 instead of $840. I ordered these on Sunday and am anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Slide sandal + gold metal = can’t pass up.
5. Trenchcoat.
The color, the length, the barely-there collar, I love. Definitely a versatile piece I could wear all season.
6. Drawstring Bucket Bag
This style is perfection. Not sure if it’s because it reminds me of the Mansur Gavriel design or because the size is just right (most likely because of Mansur), but I’ve always been drawn to small and medium sized handbags- convenient and sporty.
7. Platform Sneaks.
Slip-on sneakers with a lift. The color and comfort level is perfect for some sporty spring looks.
…Stay tuned for eye on: asos + mango coming next week.
