I’m digging the fringe lined sleeves on this $20 high neck top. I’m not usually drawn to overly boho/hippie looking pieces, so of course I fell for the polished details of this office/weekend appropriate blouse. We’ll be seeing much more fringe and tassel details for spring- which is great news for me…I won’t have to look like I’m headed to a music festival in order to incorporate some fringe into my look.
