With this warmer weather in LA for this supposed “winter” we are having, I can’t help being drawn to spring styles early. Even though I am totally lusting after the The Row’s fringe dress spotted in the Spring 2014 Ready-to-Wear collection- I figured this more affordable hint of fringe will have to do in the meantime…
