Gibson Romper

It’s Tuesday but feels like a Monday, a three day weekend always makes me feel a little thrown off the rest of the week. My sweet friend Vanessa came over with her three kids yesterday (if you saw my Snapchat you saw her freaking adorable 10 month old! #icouldsquish) and we had fun taking the kiddos to lunch, ice cream and the park. She’s one of those super inspiring moms because she can push a stroller plus carry a toddler at the same time and is just bomb.com with how she manages everything. Sometimes my place is a mess and I’m like hello I only have one eight year old (going on fifteen) and I’m still frazzled… but we all have our days right??

Anyways… normally I’m wishing for cooler weather in LA but we’ve had this early June gloom for a solid two weeks now that I’m not sure what to do with myself (besides thrifting for jackets on the regular). One thing is for sure, I’ve been pairing items I’ve been saving for the summer with some of my winter scores just to get more use out of them.

I’m loving the buttons down the front of this romper because it would also work well as a swimsuit cover-up or in this case paired with a fuzzy sweater.
