The Perfect Sweater Dress

Sweater weather is my favorite type of weather! There’s nothing I love more than wearing a comfy sweater on a gloomy day and it’s still pretty hot in LA during the afternoons but early morning and evenings- I’m such a baby with the cold that I always wear a layer lol!

But sometimes a cardigan alone can be a bit boring, so I decided to make it a sweater dress by adding a belt to this oversized cardigan. The belt held the cardigan pretty secure throughout the day and also added a nice shape. This particular cardigan from Urban Outfitters I’m wearing is a size small, it’s created oversized already so it worked for the look- I’m also 5’10 and it was still a good length.

I paired it with a mini satchel and chunky boots for more of an edgy look. What do you guys think of this belted look? Comment below!
