What I Eat In A Day

I generally eat very clean throughout the year, and stick to a healthy diet with no chicken or red meat with quite a bit of organic vegetables and fish. I am also currently doing the Whole30 detox, which has been a great way to reset my body after the stress of work and the holidays in December. Here are a few of my favorite meals that are quick, easy and healthy!

My anti-inflammatory drink for glowy skin
  • Apple Cider vinegar (1Tbsp)
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Manuka Honey (spoonful)
  • Ground Tumeric (1/4 tsp)
  • Fresh Lemon (half squeeze)
  • Hot Water
Breakfast
  • 2 soft boiled eggs (with Dash egg cooker)
  • Avocado
  • Tapatio Sauce
  • Espresso with almond milk or oat milk (unsweetened)
Lunch
Tender Greens Butter Lettuce Salad with salmon and seasonal veggies (I bring my own balsamic dressing), no cheese/dairy

Dinner
Chipotle: Sofritas Salad Bowl
  • Sofritas
  • Lettuce
  • Fajita Veggies
  • Guacamole
  • Chipolte Honey Vinaigrette
  • Red salsa
  • Hot salsa
