Strong Shoulder Pieces I Love
The strong shoulder has made a strong comeback since its prime time in the 80s. I love this trend because a strong shoulder detail can elevate a classic piece into something trendy and fun. For example, the white button down will always be in style, however, when a puff sleeve detail is added it makes the piece relevant, chic and trend focused. You can throw a blazer on top of just about any outfit and look chic. However, when a accent shoulder is added to this classic staple, it creates an edgy yet sophisticated style. Saint Laurent comes to top of mind when speaking about the strong shoulder blazer, as these pieces dominated their runway at Paris Fashion Week a year ago.
