Ultimate Spring Vacation Basics
Spring is always one of my favorite times to travel somewhere tropical because the weather is just perfect! We have a family vacation planned in the next few weeks and I’ve already started prepping. I love playing around with different looks based on the weather and our itinerary. Whenever Anthony and I travel, we always like to have a list of restaurants and spots to check out, knowing in advance some of the places we’ll be sightseeing helps me figure out my outfits. No matter the destination, my wardrobe and style is always climate dependent.
This spring season, I found so many of my must-have pieces from Mytheresa. They offer a great luxury fashion edit and I was able to find so many chic, designer pieces under $500. No matter where your next vacation is, Mytheresa offers so many cool international designers and they have new arrivals every week. The free global shipping and 10% off for ShopStyle members with code SSTYLE10 (until April 14th) is always a major plus when online shipping!
Check out some of my spring vacation must-haves below:
Classic White Blouse- A lightweight, white blouse is something I ALWAYS pack. Not only does it pair well with anything but I love how comfortable this GANNI cotton shirt is. The three-quarter balloon sleeves and pointed collar, are fun details added to a classic shirt style. A white blouse can be styled so many different ways, whether it be with shorts, a skirt or even as a beach coverup.
Statement Earrings- A pair of statement earrings can transform your look from daytime to nighttime in seconds, thus why I always seem to pack a ton of earrings whenever I travel. They are perfect to wear during the day and then in the evening during a night out, like these Miu Miu crystal-embellished earrings. Plus, let’s be real doing your hair on vacation can be a total pain, so a sleek pony will keep your earrings full focus.
Versatile Bottoms- I personally, always feel most comfortable in a pair of super flattering jeans. I’ve never been one to pack a lot of dresses, so whenever I travel I like to always pack 1-2 bottoms. Comfort is always key because I never know exactly how long I’ll be out and about. Coated jeans have always been a favorite of mine and I love the relaxed silhouette of the EYTYS high-rise straight jeans. The contrast stitching adds a casual touch making them great for spring. They also pair perfectly with a sneaker or sandal.
On-Trend Sunglasses- Every season, there is always one “IT” trend and lately I’ve been loving ski-inspired glasses. While this style won’t be on-trend for forever, vacation is the perfect opportunity to rock this trend. The Balenciaga ski sunglasses have such a unique frame, I’ll definitely be styling these throughout the summer.
