7 Things To Do in Park City

We had an amazing time in Park City for Sundance Film Festival with Canada Goose. This is our second time visiting the city, and it was so great to go back and experience new restaurants, bars, and attractions. Keep reading for some of the best things to do in this snowy, beautiful city! My jacket above is Canada Goose.

The Ice Castles

One of our first stops upon landing in Utah was visiting the Ice Castles installation. I had never seen anything like it. There were massive mountains of ice, lit up in all different colors. It felt like a real winter wonderland and  something one would see in a movie. It was definitely a must see if you are in the area. Jacket is Canada Goose.

A Spa Day at the St. Regis

We were lucky enough to carve some time out in our busy schedule to relax and enjoy a spa day at the St. Regis Deer Valley. It was so amazing to be in such a serene space surrounded by snowy mountains and beautiful landscapes. It was a much needed break from going place to place and provided a great reset for a long night ahead!

Visiting The Montage Deer Valley

Following our relaxing afternoon at the spa, we wanted to take a peek at the Montage Deer Valley because we heard so many great things about the resort. It was beautiful and surrounded by icy white mountains which were so picturesque. If you're a skier, they also have unparalleled access to the mountain access through the resort. Visit late afternoon for an après ski vibe and enjoy the scenery!

Dinner at Washo

One of our favorite restaurants in the area was Washo. The cuisine is super unique, as they incorporate French spins on traditional Asian specialties (the miso cod and kung pao shrimp are a must here). It also has a great location right on Main Street, which is perfect for a post-dinner walk.

Drinks at No Name Saloon

After dinner, we walked straight down Main Street to one of the liveliest bars in Park City, No Name Saloon. As the name suggests, it has an old western feel, and offers some great local beers and cocktails. It also has an amazing rooftop that shows one of the best views in Park City. No Name is on Main Street, so it is also very easy to stop in quickly if you have a quick minute or are walking in the area.

Brunch at The Foundry Grill

Another one of our favorite restaurants was The Foundry Grill. Located inside of the Sundance Mountain Resort, The Foundry Grill was one of the coziest brunch spots in the area. The space is simultaneously elegant and woodsy, offering stunning wooden interiors, beautiful views of the mountain and of course, delicious American comfort food.

Sundance Movie Premieres and Programming

This one is obviously event specific, however, if you are going to visit Park City, Sundance is definitely the time to do it. Not only is the city lively due to all those in town for the festival, there are so many exciting pop ups and additional programming that surrounds the event. There will always be something to do and somewhere to go. This season we were lucky to see screenings for Miss Americana, The Promising Young Woman, and The Assistant.

If you have visited Park City, comment your favorite spots in the area!
